The founder of the Roundhouse inspired me to work here. He had amazing dynamism and was an all-round incredible person. I also think that the need for what we do has become greater. Younger people are needing more creative outlets, so helping young people access opportunities like the ones we have at the Roundhouse is something that’s really important to me.”
